All the beds were comfy and a good size.

The fridge freezer could do with replacing. Both settees had holes in which I reported as I didn’t want to take the blame for something which was already there. Microwave wouldn’t work I notified them on the first night, they wanted a video of it not working instead of replacing straight away, and we had two one year olds and a 5 year old. Ended up buying one from someone we were working with as by the time I would have sent a video the stay was nearly over. Once you’ve paid for the property, They also take a £50 fee off you before they even let you see the check in details.

Space was clean , wifi was good and clean toilet facilities

Some of the internal decors are falling off and could put the burden of getting broken or spoilt on the guest. The information about the cleaning deposit should also be provided before hand and not after you are booked and already commited in the process

It was sooo clean. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for 4 of us. Loads of utensils and crockery available.

Could have done with another bathroom but understand it's not straight forward. And would help if the shower could be hung from the wall rather than just loose in the bath.

only 1 toilet roll in the whole house for a 2 day stay for 4 people other than that everything was great.
