New, modern 4 bed, 3 bath house ,free parking

As advertised, this house appears to be brand new, in perfect condition, and very clean. We were all very impressed immediately on entry. It is outfitted with everything one could need including all kinds of cooking supplies. The host is very responsive and helpful, for example letting us modify our check-out time a bit, which really helped.

Location is what it is, about a 15 minute drive from downtown Oxford, and more with traffic. It worked fine for us though.

Perfect for what we needed for our family, lots of space, well appointed and loads of provisions to make our stay really enjoyable. Close to a lovely nature reserve as well. Good road access and easy parking

The house was lovely and clean and had loads of extras, e.g. toiletries, shampoos, coffee, selections of teas, hot chocolate and many other items. It was not in the centre of Oxford town, but we walked about 10 mins to have a choice of buses. There was a bus right near the house, but it went all round the houses so we didn't use that one. There was plenty of other choices of buses and we didn't use our car at all except to get to the house on Friday and leave on the Sunday morning. We did a lot, had a 90 min guided tour of the town by an Oxford student, went punting on the Thames, went to Bicester Sunday morning. We went to an amazing Greek restaurant which was very popular and extremely good and authentic on Friday evening in Headington called Acropolis Taverna and an Italian restaurant called Branca in town on Saturday evening. Check them out! The weather was beautiful on our weekend and all 4 of us had an amazing time.

We were celebrating our daughters 40th birthday and as said before, everything was perfect.

The accommodation itself was lovely. Spacious clean and with everything we needed! Great communication from the host to make sure we had everything clearly arranged in advance.
