New Pins II, climatizado y a 120m de la playa

Bonjour, Nous y étions pour un séjour en famille. Appt propre, confortable et agréable. On avait tous les équipements nécessaires à disposition, même ceux pour se chauffer, en hiver. La proximité avec la plage était la petite pépite qui a régalé chacun d'entre nous. La ville de Cambrils est aussi belle en hiver qu'en été.

el proceso de checkin es lento, el anfitrion (en realidad la inmobiliaria que lo gestiona), pretendia que yo rellene una web interminable con mis datos personales, tarea que espero cumplan ellos como anfitrion No queda claro si la reserva cuenta o no con parking, deberia ser mas explicita, es relativametne facil conseguir sitio en la calle y si te alejas de la principal es gratuito. Una de las persiana del salon estaba rota y parecia estarlo desde hace teimpo. Los ruidos del personal de cocina del hotel contiguo y los camiones de basura que pasan a diario de madrugada perjudiacn el descanso

Difficulté pour se garer à l'extérieur de la résidence. La prochaine fois nous retiendrons l'offre de la place de parking réservée (en supplément).

Lovely clean property with everything you need - washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. A small pack with 1 bin liner, scourer sponge, dish cloth, small drying cloth, mini washing liquid, toilet roll and a pod for washing machine was provided which is a good little starter kit. I know some people complain about the lack of such items but when self catering I always expect to have to purchase these things myself. There is a full size electric cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee pot, cooking utensils and plenty of crockery and glasses though did find it strange there was cutlery including a few sharp knives but no dinner knifes. The bed is comfortable and there were spare blankets if needed also an electric heater. Large wardrobe/ storage space and 2 bedside cabinets with lamps and plug sockets. Decent size bathroom spotlessly clean - shower mats included but towels are 4 euros each (though we were given 4 bath sheets for 8 euros). Nice to be able to see the sea from the balcony and the beach is just a few minutes walk away and so are shops, bars, restaurants and bus stops - great location. Aircon in lounge/ kitchen area, television with Spanish channels, wi-fi charged at 5 euros for 24 hours though we didn’t purchase so cannot comment on how strong connection is. The only thing I missed was an hairdryer so remember to take your own and beach towels. Very secure complex - I think mainly residential,

Hotel next door can be noisy at times. Having to go into office in Salou to collect keys etc.
