No. 6 - the little house that gives you a hug

Stunning rural location by the coast. Exceptionally comfortable and clean property. Such a warm welcome from the host. Everything you could possibly need l e.g. kitchen equipment and essentials like eggs, filter coffee/ coffee beans and tinned/dry food emergency supplies! thoughtful touches like beach towels, blankets and flasks. Great wifi. TV included a basic Netflix which was super! I felt the photos on booking.com didn’t truly reflect the beautiful interior decor and the high quality facilities.

We drove from Glasgow airport. Once on the Isle of Skye , there is still a relatively long drive to the North West. However it was well worth the drive!

We had a fantastic stay at this cottage on Skye. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, who took the time to explain everything to us. There was also a lovely welcome basket waiting for us, which immediately made us feel at home. Throughout our stay, everything was perfect. The service and house felt very personal and warm, almost like being welcomed or staying by family. Even when we were leaving, the owner came by to say goodbye, which made the experience even more special. If you are visiting Skye and have the opportunity to stay here, we would absolutely recommend it!

Honestly, nothing disappointed us. Everything was wonderful from start to finish, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay.

We stayed here on a girl's trip to Skye and we had the most amazing experience! This place has everything you need and we loved getting to meet out host and here about the history of the house and how special it is to the family. The provided beers, walnut bread, and fresh eggs were exceptional additions. Would recommend anyone who is traveling to Skye to stay here!

Super accueil par l’hôte. Tout est optimisé dans l’appartement : il y a absolument tout ce qu’il faut et des petits mots partout pour expliquer le fonctionnement des différents équipements. Il y a tout pour être à l’aise et se sentir bien. +1 pour toutes les explications sur l’histoire de la famille de Leisley et de la maison !
