USEasy check in and check out. Allowed early check in and late check out for a fee. Messaging with host was easy and quick if not immediate response. Clean, minimal, modern home. Access to beach items (chairs, wagon, sunshade, toys, towels) Nice size clean pool with access to loungers, chairs, and shade. Access to pack and play, high chair, and baby toys for 1 yr old. Great little park down the street within walking distance. Easy 20 to 25 minute drive to the beach
Everything was great! This house was well taken care of clean from the outside in. Would book again. Some of the neighboring houses on the street had broken down cars with tarps over them in front yard and street as well as trash throughout front yards with unkempt grass. Nothing to do with this booking. Just initial turning on to the street, and you see the first few houses like this can be questionable.

USWe enjoyed our stay! We can't say anything bad about the house. It was nice and clean. The pool was great, and it was a nice temperature. The host was very friendly when I had some questions. Everything we needed was there; beach towels, dishes, coffee, and even snacks.
The only part that we did not like was the traffic to get onto Anna Maria island. We have previously stayed on the island, which is super convenient. It was spring break, and it took forever to get across the bridge. For the price though, it was worth it.
