Clean , location is excellent

Minimal cutlery, 3 spoons, 3 forks etc, need more, plastic plates. I suggest moving one of the beds to sitting room, very crowded. No way 6 people could stay here for any length of time.

Great location.

Some basic amenities would have been appreciated (shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, trash bags).

Location was exceptional. Very familiar with area and this was in the heart of everything. Easy walking distance from the "L" (elevated train) and close to multiple restaurants/eating locations.

All 3 queen beds are in one room; might be an issue if there are three couples. But consider - the cost compared to anything else is remarkable. I've stayed at hotels nearby, and the value here is wonderful.

Check-in data only provided one hour before, a challenge for European tourists without access to the Internet.

Lots of stairs, outdated tv system, poor wifi

Everything was wonderful could have used a few more pans for cooking like a skillet.

No close access to free parking had to walk 3 blocks and with us being unfamiliar with Chicago it was our first time we didn't like the idea of leaving our car in a strange neighborhood unattended. But that is our only complaint.
