USUSUSThe location.
The photos about the condition of the property in the listing were grossly misleading. The rehab job was just ok, which is fine but there was an odor in the home which we thought was due to the carpet being extremely dirty. The carpets need a deep cleaning at worst, and ripped up & replaced at best. My stepmom stayed in the ground floor bedroom & the sheets & bedding were so stinky she was up in the middle of the night washing bedding to try and get rid of the smell. Also, the towels had stains & didn't appear clean. In my upstairs bedroom, while the sheets appeared clean, there were several things amiss in the room: the toilet paper dispenser immediately fell off the 1st time I went for toilet paper; the shower rod end cap fell off when I pushed the shower curtain back to take a shower; while the room had a ceiling fan, you couldn't turn the light off w/out turning the the fan off which explained why there was a floor oscillating fan in the room. From what I could tell, no vents in the back bedroom at all & the fire alarm was ripped out the ceiling which is a safety hazard actually. When my step-sister explained her concerns to the host, no refund offer was made. Nor did she offer to send a cleaning crew that day to try and get rid of the pungent odor in the home. The home is cute and has tons of potential, but my impression is that the host or owner was acutely aware of these issues, but didn't care anyways. I can say this as I host AirBnbs & would have handled the same concerns from my guests totally differently. I do not recommend staying here until the owner can properly maintain the property.

USUSThe townhome is spacious and decorated nicely. The beds and furniture are comfortable with extras like shampoo, conditioner, coffee, tea provided. Location was great for our downtown dinners and graduation activities.
Nice furnishings but the floors and tables were not clean. There was hair and dust throughout the downstairs family room floor and tables.
