3 room Apartment 2x balcony, new building, 21

Clean,good aircondition and near center!

Great location, nice owners, very clean. Everything is new and shiny. Bus or tram to the old town very close to the apartment.

There was no such thing all was perfect

Close to city center, good public transport connections, well equipped kitchen. The balcony is great for the morning or afternoon coffee break. New and modern, with plenty of space.

There are just some minor details- no nightstand in the second bedroom and nowhere to hang jackets in the hall. There are some shelves to put clothes in the bedrooms but they are not very sturdy... We had to leave our car outside for one night because there was no space left in the garage- although it was stated that one parking is reserved for us. But we got it the next morning and they were very quick to respond so we resolved the issue.

What’s definitely missing: coat hanger int the vestibule, shower curtain/partition, place to put down your clothes/things in the bedrooms

The apartment is not in the center (so it is in a calm district, no noise) but close to a tram(nr.3), the city is easy reachable. Newly built, absolute comfortable with good equipments, comfortable beds, smart tv, balcony. Perfect description about check in, read slowly and carefully! Absolutly recomended for a reasonable price!

New apartment on the outskirts of Bratislava, close to town on bike, perfect for three colleagues who needed to rest. Easy check in and helpful host as we had to get parking on the streets and he explained how to use the app on the phone. Well designed and cozy!

The elevator was not finished and still had construction look as the building is brand new
