the location was good. 2. the management company when they eventually got back to us were accommodating and moved us to another property.

The property when we got there no A/C on so the house had a stale smell. One of the bedrooms has a smell of urine in it and the bathroom ensuite also. One of the bedroom had water on the floor and I had to wash it up later we found out from the Management Co that it was water coming in from crack in the outside wall. But had left a bad smell. The outside furniture was so dirty you could not sit down on it and one was broken. the patio was not clean with cigarettes butts and sand from previously renters. We tried the barbeque and it went on fire luckily we got the gas turned off before we would have had major explosion hence it was not cleaned in months. We were very lucky this did not happen.
