"Large comfortable modern farm house just 4 miles away from St. Andrews."

Beautiful location. Incredible long views. Away from the hustle/bustle of St. Andrews town, but so close. Easy to get taxis. Beautiful farm house, great beds, linens, plenty of bathrooms. Fully equipped modern kitchen. Family Room was comfy.

The skillets need replaced.

"Lovely house and would stay again"

House was in great condition and games room was a great addition

A bit further from St Andrews than we thought, annex also attached to property which we only found out when we arrived so other guests could be staying at the same time. Check out time too early at 10am

"A peaceful space to relax and enjoy time with friends."

All rooms having en-suite. Large living/dining area. Logs provided for wood burner. Games room and outdoor space for eating. The furnishings were of good quality and the location was very peaceful. Very handy for trips to Cupar and St Andrews.

There weren't spare towels, which meant that we sometimes had to use damp towels to dry ourselves.
