Great location. Close to the beach and restaurants.

Did not provide any assistance during a power outage. Horrible experience and didn’t even get any refund for the inconvenience.

Falsely advertised Airbnb , set up as a hotel but no hotel amenities. Ac in room did not work at all still waiting on compensation

Our unit had the refrigerator off when we arrive, we turn on the refrigerator and it started leaking water and was not cooling. Also, the safe was closed upon arrival. I contact the property manager ,was told that the hotel maintenance left for the day and they would arrive the next day with no estimate time of arrival. Maintenance never came to check anything, my grocery’s of the weekend had to be stored in a beach cooler with ice. We paid expensive for a unit that had the refrigerator and kitchen accommodations and was not provided any attention but a text. Very unprofessional of all parties. Terrible customer service!

room needs a little updating, balcony from room does not open to beach, it opens to another building.

No contact with owner this apartament! on the Booking.com website in the description of the apartment it was written that the service fee is $ 50. at the reception they charged us 50$ for each day of stay. I reported it to the reception and they asked me to contact the owner. For more than a week, the owner did not respond to several of our messages. I do not recommend to anyone! the window in the shower did not close and the fear was that it would break
