"Perfect place to stay for bike park Wales!"

The house was very clean and tidy with all the facilities listed. Pans, cutlery, towels etc. great secure driveway and shed also. Ticked all the boxes for biking at BPW for two days and a great place to relax after.

"Didn't like" is too strong. The only improvements we would like is some hanging facilities in the shed with the biking gear for when it is mucky and wet. An addition of some drying facility, e.g a heated airer and a clothes rail would make it a 10/10 for us. Also there's seems to be no tea spoons in the cutlery drawer, not a negative just odd. 👍👌

"This was a truly awful & costly experience."

Effort has been made to the interior of the property if you’re brave enough to stay in it.

This property is in a very rough & run down area, with some intimidating characters living nearby, one of whom made it very clear that they resented our presence. We left shortly after our arrival as we did not feel safe staying the night. The owners did offer us alternative accommodation but the first review was very bad so we declined, having no confidence it would be much better and just wishing to leave as quickly as possible. Give this property a wide birth, if you book it, you probably won’t want to stay in it and the owners will refuse to refund you anything for your trouble as has happened with us. Check the bad reviews they are much more accurate.

There was a problem at the check-in but the owner dealt with it immediately. The bathroom was adequate and the rest of the house was spacious.

The paint and wood trim need refurbishing. The ceiling also needs to be treated and cleaned.
