Clean house, comfy beds and everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Nice private parking and yard for dog to run around.

The house was lovely -- it generally had what we needed. It was clean, everything worked well, the bins were easy to figure out! The host was clear on how to get there, where to park, and what they expected in terms of check out -- so it was all good.

The location was on an estate, which was definitely fine for one night.

Good communication. Large gates. Clean comfortable bed.

Not a great area - litter and a fracas outside in the middle of the night with horns blaring, yelling and a group of people thumping cars. Relentlessly barking dog on the first day. Didn’t feel comfortable. Gate missing padlock. Rubbish from previous guests left outside the back door. Stale fried food smell throughout the house. Toilet clogged with paper. Mould on the bathroom ceiling and all round the base of the shower. Front door was unlocked on arrival. Needs a bit of attention to detail - repairs, cleaning and paint

Modern, spotlessly clean and fully equipped, comfortable beds, lovely clean smelling linen, shop next to the house and park the car behind gates on the drive behind gates

Great value for money, easy check-in with keys from lockbox, property nice and clean

11am check-out, rather than 10am, would have been nicer.
