Historic 2BR with Private Patio - King bed - Fast WiFi near Downtown

Lovely apartment and beautifully appointed. Kids loved the treasure chest of snacks by the door!

We LOVED our stay here. So many thoughtful details and amenities. Parking was super easy. When we return to Wilmington this is where we are staying. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful walk into downtown. Comfortable seating and a lovely outdoor area. Communication with host was quick and responsive.

Nothing.

Very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The owners left cheese, crackers, strawberries, bananas and snacks. There were also little toiletries in the bathroom. The patio was lovely. The location was great. Walking distance to a nice coffee shop, restaurants and stores.

Nothing. It was perfect

The house is historic yet newly renovated completely, including appliances, etc. The kitchen is well stocked and there were USB chargers of all types throughout the house - so helpful! The welcome snacks were just what we needed after the drive! The beds were quite comfortable and the whole place was clean. The house is about a 15 minute walk to Historic Downtown Wilmington. There are a few restaurants within a couple blocks of the house. Easy check in/out.

Make note that this house is leased as an upstairs and downstairs booking. So you may hear the other guests. We stayed downstairs and could hear them walking around. Not a big deal for us. It may be helpful for people to be aware that, while we felt pretty safe walking the neighborhood at night, there were a few people asking for money / food.

The unit was welcoming with lights on and a few snacks for us. The unit was a block away from some eateries and some interesting stores. Very convenient. The patio was a nice haven.

Great location! Beautiful, thoughtful decorations. Everything was comfortable and very clean. The host was easy to communicate with and placed small touches that made the vacation very pleasurable. This was our family's 2nd time staying here and we absolutely love it!

Location is amazing and the house is simply precious and why we came back. So comfortable. Even the sheets smell good and I sleep like a log. So quiet! Host has thought of everything!

Beautifuly and thoughtfully decorated, very comfortable furnature and the hosts were amazing. Little touches like goodies in the fridge and a very relaxing back porch. The location is convenient to spending the weekend downtown or even if you want to go to the beach. Great communication from the owners! We can't wait to come back!
