Gran Canet 2BR! Walk to Beach, Sea View, Sauna & Gym

The views from front and back are beautiful! The furniture on the terras is great. We booked the pakkage with sauna, hottub, gym and rooftop pool. That was great! Ask fort ge cost prior to booking, because it is expensive (especially for a few days), but worth it for me. The roof top is amazing! The appartement is colourful and with good quality materials. Beds are good. Everything is working. Parking downstairs is reachable via automatic door opener clicker (available in the room). Everything as on the pictures. The companies respons within ten minutes to every message.

Instructions for check-in are available in a portal. Clear steps with picture on how to get to the apartment, but still bit of a hassle compared to somebody being present in the room. Parking space is available after you entered the room (keys), but enough parking space on the side of the road of the gates complex. Minor things compared to what you get ;-).

I liked the apartment’s decor and design, the views from the window were nice, and everything was available. It was clean. A convenient location near the sea and local restaurants and bars, with Valencia just a 20-minute drive away.

I didn’t like that the check-in guide for the apartment didn’t mention the door in front of the elevator, which can’t be opened without an internal bracelet. Also, the contact number provided was unavailable, so we had to wait 15 minutes until we got a response on WhatsApp. Additionally, it wasn’t clear that the sauna needed to be reserved in advance through some app, which led to multiple misunderstandings with other guests who arrived at the spa with a reservation.

The false advertising about 2 Queens beds when in fact there were 2 double beds!!!!! I would never booked this condo if I knew It was double beds. As a very good customer I think I should have received some compensation I wrote an email to Holt but never received a reply. I still have some reservations coming up which we are reviewing and possibly Canceling ! I would like to hear from Booking about this issue. Thanks for your understanding Aurelio Cristo.

Lovely property, comfy and clean!

We had a wonderful stay, felt very comfortable and the view is magnificent!

The kitchen utensils could be a little better

Comfortable apartment with lovely furnishings, good location. Great views of surrounding areas especially from the lovely leisure area on the very top floor.
