Observations impossible d avoir une licence 8,8 sur 10. Casserole pourri serpillière pourri éponge pourri et les ustensiles et pas de hotte les odeurs dans l appartement pas de climatisation ni de ventilateu partout des mouches en plus 2 transats pour 4 personnes. Pas de poubelle extérieur. Il y avait une télévision sans chaîne. Pour ma part je ne recommande pas du tout cette location j en suis mécontente

Huge apartment with great view and private pool! Highly recommend it!! Also the first apartment I had in Mauritius without cockroaches. 3 balcony’s + bathrooms and bedrooms

First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere thanks to Bindya, who was absolutely wonderful—warm, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was cosy and welcoming, and despite my son falling ill with AGE, we truly enjoyed our time there. However, I feel it’s important to share a concerning experience that affected our overall impression. At one point, while we were all in the pool, a man—who later identified himself as the watchman—entered the property unannounced and without any introduction. He proceeded directly toward us in a manner that was quite alarming, particularly for my elder son who became very frightened. When I asked what he needed, he vaguely mentioned he was looking for the cleaning lady. The interaction was abrupt and confusing. More disturbingly, he made an inappropriate and racially insensitive comment about my children, referring to them as “1 blanc, 1 noir.” I was so shocked and unsettled that I couldn’t respond in the moment. After he left, I immediately contacted Bindya to report the incident. While she was apologetic, I understand this situation was not within her control. As someone with a background in hospitality, I believe it's essential that all team members uphold a standard of professionalism and sensitivity—especially when it comes to interactions with families and children. Sadly, my son was so distressed by the encounter that he had a panic attack and, coupled with his illness, we had to cut our stay short and seek medical attention on Saturday night. To far from the beach

The owner was very helpful and very responsive, apartment is in a good location with nice views.

Accommodation meets a little make over, not enough, utensils, glasses, cups etc, shower was just a drizzle . Unfortunately the neighbours were very loud all day and into the early hours of the morning. Lots of loud banging music and shouting at around 4 am nearly every day.

Apartment was secluded, but not far from Flic en flac beach. You get complete privacy here. Location was good, if you want to use this as a base and explore the island. Not too far from Cascavelle mall, where you get everything you may require. View from top of the apartment was wonderful, it has three floors and each floor has a washroom. Apartment is equipped with all basic necessities. You can also self-cook, or carry out laundry. The splash pool is nice, especially if you have small kids. Pool guy cleaned it almost daily. You have a TV as well on groundfloor, and it has access to Amazon Prime as well. Ms Sha, the host, is accessible through whatsapp from the time of booking till checkout, and was nice to talk to.

You can't really go wrong with the apartment. Only thing I can think of is, you need to know nearby stores for any bread or emergency, as things in Mauritius usually gets closed around 4/5 pm, so at nighttime I had trouble finding bread for kids.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms, strong fan downstairs. Lovely location, quiet neighborhood. Good wifi with two people working from home. Clean private small pool. Shower pressure. Clean accommodation and lots of towels.

No shade to sit in the afternoon and the west direction did not allow any shade.

The apartment is very spacious with 3 bedrooms, two showers and 3 toilets. The view from the top floor terrace is magnificent. We were staying there over the new year and enjoyed a fantastic firework display without leaving home! There is a washing machine and every room has an AC and a standing fan for those who don't want to use the AC. The splash pool was great and cleaned regularly. We didn't have a car and managed well but there is a slight uphill coming back from the beach. All in all great value for the money spent. We hope to be back.
