16onBree 1311 Studio in Central Cape Town, Wi-Fi, pool, free parking

I stayed here for over a week for some vacations and a conference at the CTICC. The apartment had everything you could need, from kitchen essentials to bathroom supplies. I used both the clothes washing machine and the dishwasher, and both detergents were supplied. The bed was comfortable. The TV had Netflix. The building felt really safe with security at the entrance and facial recognition to enter the building. The location was really good, being in one of the main streets. There were supermarkets (Pick n Pay, Checkers, and Woolworths) close by, and I felt safe to walk there and back with groceries, even in early nightfall. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe walking in the main streets, to the supermarkets, to the CTICC, and to the waterfront. After nightfall, I didn't feel the walk to CTICC was safe enough and took an Uber. I really recommend this place and would stay again.

The showerhead was on the ceiling, so it was a bit hard not to wet my hair. There was some noise during the night from the street and inside the building. Although, it didn't bother me much. Small details that wouldn't stop me from booking again.

Gute Lage, hervorragend ausgestattet, sehr sauber und 24/7 durch Sicherheitsleute bewacht. Man gelangt mit Gesichtserkennung ins Gebäude.

Etwas hellhörig zur Straße, würde es aber wieder buchen.
