Deluxe 4 or 5 Bed House with Hot Tub, Cinema Room Sleeps 15

very spacious, kids loved the cinema room, great location

hot tub took a while to heat up other than that nothing negative to say really

The property have rodents and flies during our stay, kept me awake for the nighr, apart from that. I think everything is all well.

Peaceful area. Lots of things to do for everyone in the family within the property. Great Responsive Host.

Beds were a little uncomfortable. Would have liked to use the BBQ more but it ran out of gas as the cannister wasn't full so ended up cooking half of the food in the oven. The lid was also half broken making it difficult to close when using. Wasn't able to use the hot tub once it got dark as the lights outside weren't bright enough.

The location was lovely, out in the countryside. The beds were comfortable, and the towels were lovely and soft. The kitchen was well equipped, other than the lack of wine/champagne glasses mentioned below. The cinema room was great. There was a hot tub but somehow we didn’t get round to using it during our 48 hours there. There was plenty of space for our group of 8 adults, as well as plenty of parking.

The property was advertised as having 5 bedrooms, 2 of which had 2 double beds in each, and 2 living rooms, 1 with 1 sofa bed and the other with 2 sofa beds. This was part of the reason for booking the property as we had 8 friends coming together, and whilst some of us didn’t mind sharing a room, we didn’t want to share beds. However, on arrival, we discovered that there were only 4 bedrooms, missing one of the ones with the 2 double beds. This meant that 3 of us had to share the only room with 2 double beds. We spoke to the owner/property manager who clarified that there were indeed only 4 bedrooms and not 5 as advertised. He did say that one of the bedrooms had a sofa bed in it as well, but the problem with this was that when the sofa bed was opened out, the person in the double bed would have had to climb over the the sofa bed to get out of the room. There were not enough wine glasses for the amount of people the property advertised could stay - there was 1 wine glass and 3 champagne glasses. There were plenty of tumblers. Some of the frying pans looked like they needed to be replaced.

Great location, lovely big clean house with wonderful garden and hot tub

My disappointments with this property have already been communicated to the host so non of this will come as a surprise to them. Overall we enjoyed our stay but we were let down because we couldn't play pool together as non of the cues had tips, they were all broken. Being together as a family, one of things we wanted was a small games room and this meant we couldn't play together and it's one of reasons I booked this property. The property didn't also have the air hockey table that was advertised. The host told me he should have removed the photo. I was v disappointed as I had paid for all these things. There are plenty of other properties to rent on here. I requested a discount but was offered a derisory one so refused. I said I would mention this in my review just so he could rectify these issues and so future bookers could ask if these issues had been sorted before they book. The other smaller issues were only 2 toilet rolls per bathroom so 4 in total and we had booked the property for 8 people for a weekend. This meant we had to leave to property in arrival to go and buy some more, hardly luxury planning. Its a good property and the host is helpful so i would recommend it but it's these types of issues that really annoy me when I'm spending so much money and there's so much choice out there.

Great location, lovely and spacious, comfy beds, clean

There was no air hockey table as shown in the photos, the pool table had a rip in the cloth, a few of the dining room chairs where very wobbly on the legs, only one shower got hot and the the table cloth was damp!

Well kept and the garden area and hot tub were clean and great for the kids to play in.

Property was clean with lots of beds. Kitchen was well equipped. Loved the hot tub and games room.

Only niggle was that there wasn’t much space for your clothes. There was a rack but no drawers but this wasn’t much of an issue as we weren’t there for long.
