Die Lage der Unterkunft. Nahe zum Zentrum und zum Strand.

Der Zustand der Inneneinrichtung ist sehr abgenutzt. Das WLAN war so gut wie unbenutzbar Bandbreite war super gering. Das zweite Bett war eine ausklappbare Couch. Und leider sind die Matratzen durchgelegen.

"Schlechteste Unterkunft für 3 Erwachsene ,die wir bei booking com gebucht hatten"

Die Terrasse,war zwar nicht sauber,aber die Aussicht ist super.Sitzpolster auf den Stühlen sind empfehlenswert.Auf Fotos sind mindestens 2 Liegen zu sehen,eine ist nur da.

Das 2.Schlafzimmer existiert nicht,ist ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa.Mobiliar sollte erneuert werden,ebenso das Bad,Küchenausststtung sollte aufgewertet werden, keine Weingläser,zum Essen überwiegend Pizzamesser Dunstabzug verdreckt.Ganze Wohnblock sehr ungepflegt und schmutzig.Parkplatz grenzwertig,Sitzpolster 0 Wohnungsübergabe indiskutabel ,der Herr verstand kein Wort englisch, daher sehr unbefriedigend für Gäste.Sollte nicht mehr bei Booking com angeboten werden.Klimaanlage wäre auch von Vorteil,weil im 5.Stockwerk.Ventilatoren sind wirkungslos

"Nice property with terrace and value for money but not good beds"

The property has a nice terrace with good view of the city and mountains. It is well maintained and cleaned. Has elevator and is very quiet around, so very good to rest after a long day of either beach or walking.

Unfortunately the sofa bed and the single bed were very bad. Way too soft, ended up with a bit of back pain. There was only two fans, one was missing for the person sleeping on the single bed.

"Superb"

Good location, the apartment was clean, equipped with all necessary things. The terrace is beautiful!

Very strict policy for the check-in and checkout. Late check-IN costs extra 30, 40, etc. The same for the late check-out
