Good location. Staff at clubhouse was great Host was helpful

I didn’t like the property at all. When I walked in the ceiling fan was hanging and about to fall. The washer and dryer did not work

I didn’t like the fact that I reserved it for a week and two days and when I go there I tried to bare with the property manager because the ceiling fan was hanging and the washer and dryer was broken and I had to go get tissue which I read that cleaning and all will be provided. Also it was no box spring for the room upstairs but they did bring one. I left on Wednesday because I was uncomfortable and not being that were supposed to provided was provided. I asked for my money back and to leave to find something else for the remainder of my stay and they didn’t get back to me until late on Thursday and offered 200 or 250 when I should’ve gotten half my money back because I did bare with them to fix things. The. Told me to go to another until to wash but I had to be out the unit by 4 because guest were arriving I explained that was not an option I was there for a football tournament then proceeded to say they can get someone to wash them for me I stated it was a certain way they needed to be washed it was an absolute disaster

I love everything, can’t complain it was the bomb !!

Very family oriented and safe with a lot of things to do on the property.

Everything it was like home from home

Just wished it stated the actual unit and door number before arrival.
