Location is a little further from the town than we thought. Not much happening around the place. Need a car to do anything

Przestronne i ładnie urządzone miejsce. Niczego nie brakowało i było zgodne z opisem.

Jedynym problemem była bliskość ulicy. Będąc w ogrodzie hałas był bardzo uciążliwy dla mnie, który ceni sobie ciszę i spokój.

ca. 2 Tage vor Anreise wurden wir bereits kontaktiert um die Ankunftszeit am Apartment abzustimmen. Da wir nicht gleich die richtige Einfahrt gefunden haben, wurden wir an unserem Standort persönlich abgeholt worden und zum Apartment gefahren. Das Apartment ist genau so schön eingerichtet, wie auf den Bildern und sehr gemütlich. Super sind die 2 Badezimmer - so hat jeder sein Reich. Die Küche ist ebenfalls schön groß und gut ausgestattet - wir haben nichts vermisst und mehr als einen Abend selbst gekocht. Das Apartment liegt ca. 4 km (Fußweg) vom Hafen entfernt - es ist ein schöner Spaziergang direkt an der Promenade bist dahin möglich. Wir sind aber auch bis zu der City an der Promenade lang gelaufen und es war traumhaft. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind genug in der Nähe sowie Restaurants. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und Estepona werden wir ganz sicher nochmal besuchen.

Alles in einem war es eine sehr schöne und entspannte Woche und wir haben uns sehr wohl im Apartment gefühlt. Von meiner Seite gibt es nur 2 kleine Anmerkungen, die für mich etwas störend waren. Mein Schlafzimmer lag in Richtung der Hauptstraße und der Verkehr war gut zu hören - nach 2 Tagen gewöhnt man sich aber dran. Und die Matratze war für mein Rücken doch sehr hart und sorgte leider nicht für einen erholsamen Schlaf - mit etwas Yoga am morgen ging es dann (ein Topper wäre eine tolle Lösung)

Todella siisti ja tilava huoneisto! Rauhallinen pihapiiri (lokakuussa), erittäin lähellä rantaa. Lähellä on myös bussipysäkki, mistä pääsee helposti keskustaan ja takaisin. Rannassa kulkee pitkä kävelytie, jonka varrella on monta ihanaa uimarantaa, ja sitä pitkin pääsee aivan keskustaan asti. Asunto on tyylikkäästi kalustettu ja keittiöstä löytyy kaikki tarvittava pidempäänkin lomailuun. Kommunikointi omistajan kanssa sujui hyvin ja asunnossa oli myös kansio, johon oli koottu hyvää tietoa asunnosta ja lähialueen palveluista. Voimme todellakin suositella tätä paikkaa!

Sen verran matkaa kaupungin keskustaan on, että kannattaa vuokrata auto tai polkupyörät loman ajaksi. Bussi kulkee noin puolentoista tunnin välein.

A stunning property in a quiet location with great facilities - it felt like a home from home

During busy periods the nearby road can be a little noisy, but most certainly out of anybody’s hands and should not detract from the amazing apartment

We had a perfect stay. There is everything you might need in the apartment. Nice terrace and clean swimming pool. Grocery shops not too far away.

Spent 11 nights in No 10 and delighted with our stay. The apartment was spotless, recently renovated and had everything we needed. The living area in particular was amazing, well furnished and extremely comfortable. The owners were super helpful before, during and after our stay. The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk from the beach, 10 minutes from the nearest supermarket and a short stroll into the port. The development was small and quiet with a lovely clean pool. I would highly recommend staying here.

Only slight negative was that it is very close to a busy motorway but this didn’t take away from the overall experience.

Beautiful, clean, newly renovated apartment. nothing to complain about! excellently equipped with everything you need in temporary housing. The terrace right by the pool was very practical, parking behind the house without any problem even in season. within walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants.

The only minus is the noise from the road that leads behind the complex. The beaches are full of seaweed and we didn't find a functional shower on the beach in all the Estepona.
