Everything was clean and equipments have good quality.

Environment was quiet, I liked the tiki hut even though they could offer a bit more, better food. Security was pleasant.

Apartment could have been cleaner, dryer could have been cleaner, sheets and bathrooms could have been cleaner

From the main entrance security, staff in the office and the bartender at the tiki bar. Super helpful very friendly. Pool nice and clean. The home was super clean felt like I was home for a sec. Meet my expectations. Plus you have all the stores, groceries and pharmacy’s all in one strip.

Location is fantastic.

The property was great. The issue was the complete lack of communication once I booked and the owner received my money. After numerous text and phone calls ALL messages went unanswered. Thankfully there was an amazing security guard who knew the owners and tracked them down so we could get check in information (it is not anywhere on the listing as stated). Security spoke with both the wife and husband on 2 separate occasions to get check in code. Both times he was told that the owner would call us. We never received that call. My understanding is that 2 other families were unable to reach the owners as well, security couldn't reach them, so the families were forced to file a complaint thru Booking.com.

I loved everything. The villa was beautiful and peaceful, and it had everything needed to keep the family busy.

I liked the property because it has a lot of amenities to keep the kids entertained. It is very close to highways and shops. The house is two stories, very clean, and has plenty of amenities. The host was super easy to work with and asked questions. Please note that you need to have the unit # to present to the security guard upon entrance.

I wish I knew it was a two-story property; older family members couldn't use the stairs, and we had to switch rooms. The living room and dining room is a bit tight for a family stay.
