Spacious and felt very private in a good location with no car required, Ubers available to go to Santa pola

We couldn’t find the toaster, the beds were ok but the pillows were hard and uncomfortable. There was a bit of damage in areas like cracked tiles and a few things were broken needs a bit of upkeep.

The villa is very spacious with everything we needed. There were 6 of us. 3 adults, 2 teens and an 8 year old. There was loads of room for us all and was like a home from home. The pool was one of the best features and certainly made our holiday. Plenty of inflatables, sun beds, canopies etc. The villa is close to bars and restaurants and also good proximity to beaches.

the beds are not that much comfortable , they are overused and need to be replaced , unfortunately the jacuzzi didint work for whole time when we stay there, it's up to some engine issue however is the big pool there what we use as well

The property is a great size - so much space both inside and out. The outdoor area is particularly beautiful with the pool and jacuzzi a brilliant additions. The property was very clean and had parking, well equipped kitchen and a secondary mini kitchen downstairs. The location is good - a short walk from a small amenities area with bars, restaurants and a supermarket. A larger shopping area is about a 15 min walk away.

While the property was very clean and well maintained, it might benefit from a little modernising. The bedrooms and beds were a little uncomfortable downstairs - with the bedding needing a refresh. Only small things which didn’t affect the stay,

Everything, Staff facilities , location , we really had a fantastic time at this villa, would definitely go back, and definitely recommend this villa to anyone.

There were a few tiles missing and broken from the swimming pool.

The location was exceptional, Aldi supermarket 5 mins walk from the Villa and Lidl/Mercado supermarket approx 10mins walk plus restaurants in the vicinity. There was absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay, even a shopping trolley and bags for the groceries! They very kindly left a bottle of wine, coke and sparkling water on our arrival and although we arrived gone midnight there was someone to hand over the keys, which was very appreciated. Communication was excellent via Whatsapp and any questions I had were replied to promptly, I was informed in good time when the pool man was coming (twice) to change the filters etc and that was very helpful. (We didn't have the luxury of a car but there are regular buses within walking distance that will take you to Alicante and Santa Pola. We hired bikes for a day and rode down to Carabassi beach ... Oh yes and we were frequently visited by the friendly 'neighbourhood' cat, but he/she never came in the house.

There is nothing negative to say about the property whatsoever, but would point out to any future guests that two of the rooms are in a basement seperate from the rest of the house. They are double rooms with a bathroom.
