location - 2 mins by walk from the sea. Very clean house, all facilities inside. Great contact with the very nice owner.

The host was super helpful and kind, even brought extra kitchen cutlery for us

It was quite dirty and damp, the smell was also dusty Reading lamps would be essential in the bedrooms

Wonderful host, great location, lot of space for parking. Wifi works great, 2minutes to the beach, stores / restaurants nearby. Everything you would need for a nice vacation. It was a great as sleeping location for visiting Rome, ~30min by car. Highly recommend for families. Grazie mile Signiora Vanessa :)

Minor issues with electricity, can't run more than 3x AC... but 100% managable, a little bit damp, need to open windows for fresh air on rainy days, but also negligable. :)

The house is well equipped. There's dishwasher and laundry machine. Also iron and hairdryer. You can enjoy terrace with sunbeds. There was also water mattress and sun umbrella. There's a roof above the sitting area so you can enjoy the outside even when it rains. Beds are big and comfy, there's also big, soft sofa in the dining room. There's TV in each room. The house is situated 300m from public beach and close to bigger markets if needed. İt takes around 20 minutes to reach city center.

One of the beds is squeaking and maybe consider different TVs - with netflix, YouTube etc. Anyway, everything was perfect there :)
