Chakas Cove 22

Location of the property.

There was an ironing board, but no iron. There was a mop, but no bucket. No aircon, yet all other units had aircons. No extra blankets for colder days and nights. Faulty sliding door lock - got locked out the day we arrived but managed to wiggle the sliding door and it opened. Faulty front door lock. Faulty security gate lock - could only lock it from the outside. The day we left was 7am, dropped the unit keys in the drop box at Ballito Accomodation, and was only called at 4pm that afternoon asking where did I leave them and I was specific about where and behind the couch?! Didn't even get an acknowledgement telling me that the keys were found?

Location was amazing with fantastic view.

There wasn't anything to dislike

Great Location & Great View.

Nothing

We loved everything. From Booking to arrival to enjoying to departure. Communications were exceptional and everything was as it suggested and some. Appreciated the arrival 'gift' of soaps and creams, coffees and teas, dustbin bags and extra toilet roll :)

The only complaint we have is that the bath towels could be bigger. They are not suitable at all for larger people ;)

There was nothing not to like .

Lovely, clean, well- equipped apartment in a wonderful position with stunning views. We will be back.

The location and cleanliness

Bathrooms are old

The location and the view from the balcony were excellent. The apartment was comfortable & had everything we needed for out stay. It felt safe & secure.

The quality of the towels & furnishings were not the best, but functional. The bathrooms were not in the best condition.
