"Great place"

For Me and My Parent accomodation was perfect. We are looking for place a bit away from holiday busy areas so this was spot on. Good distance to few local restaurants with AMAZING food and lovely local people! Apartment next to airport so some times can be loud but wasn't problem for us at all. Good location almost middle of island make it easy to get to any point of Lanzarote if You have car its 30-40 minutes to any place on Island. Shopping center, supermarket, pharmacy in close proximity. Beautiful Playa Honda beach with good restaurants! Apartment had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood.

"Worst experience"

Property was barely clean with dust and ants No clean towels or toiletries provided at all

As above worse experience Also they use some dodgy way of taking deposit and deduct massive amount when returning on account of international transactions while uk bank receipt clearly state no charges. When challenged have been rude and blunt and blamed customer, no money received despite 3 days of agreement of sending money back only receipts.No curtesy to check with their bank about excessive charges. Never book this property or make sure deposit is held by booking.com not vendor . Property need massive improvements.

Location

Found hair on the bed and under the shower. Nowhere to hang jackets and towels. The AC was broken and leaking water which ruined many of our things, but the only thing she was interested was when I can stay in so she can fix it. Last thing you want to do on holiday is to waste your day waiting for a technitian. This things should be checked before our arrival. Seems that the owner doesn't have an idea what is she doing. Sends a message that after getting the deposit she will give the code for the keys. She couldn't find the deposit in her account as the banks messed up something with the money so instead to look for my name was looking for the amount. After sending her confirmation 3 times that the deposit was made she changed her mind and says that she will give the code 2 days before our arrival. Very stressfull especially when you travel with 2 small kids. So unfortunately I DO NOT recommend this propriety.
