Tutto molto bene, il itolare a causa di un problema con una serratura ci ha trasferito in un alloggio in via Bergamo ( li vicino)ed è stato cordiale e disponibile per qualsiasi consiglio, alloggio appena ristrutturato , molto bello pulito ampio e in ordine e a due passi dal centro.

Volendo essere pignoli, direi un po'di degrado gli ultimi duecento metri lungo la strada di rientro, comunque senza problemi perché c'è sempre molta gente anche fino a tarda serata e la zona e sempre controllata da pattuglie di polizia e carabinieri.

The facilities and the property was clean and well maintained

The communication with the host was horrible, he would take a long time to reply to my messages. We had to wait outside the property until he replied to my message with the password for us to get in

1. The owners are simply amazing - we only had an hour or so before a wedding we needed to attend and they kindly brought us a much-needed iron! 2. The apartment was perfectly clean and equipped! 3. Its location is superb - only 3 minutes from the train station, only 5 minutes from the supermarket (straight ahead from the station, on Via Giuseppe Verdi), and some main sites (Monumento a Verdi, Palazzo Pilotta etc)!

The apartment is spacious and cozy. The host left us bottled water and a small snack which was nice. Shampoo, soap, and towels were provided. Washing machine available! The host was responsive and were able tu suggest some nice restaurants for us. ❤️ Located on the ground floor (no hailing suitcases up the stairs!)

The check in details weren’t provided until we arrived at the door and made a call. The surrounding area seems worn down and the hallway from the main door to the apartment door is humid and smells a bit musky.
