Believe the other reviews. All true. The room was beautiful. The staff wonderful. Morning coffee at the shop next door was a great place to chat to locals, the owner and others. I had a banking issue (cards locked) A driver the hotel uses, named Ngoc, helped me for hours and refused to accept any money for his time. The manager of the hotel was also very helpful. I love the artistic design of the hotel and gardens. Someone really let their hair down and it works beautifully. I've included a photo Ngoc so when you recognise him you know you are in the hands of an angel.

Great small hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Interesting architecture and design. Central. Quiet street.

wonderful home, beatifully decorated.

I loved everything, the building has a unique design outside and inside,the room was great, very clean, hot water and good pressure for the shower, very comfortable bed etc. Plus the family and its staff were outstanding,super friendly and they made you feel very welcome. They also helped me with some trouble with the motorbike. The place is also very centrally located which makes it easy to get anywhere in Kon Tum and lots of restaurants around.

There was absolutely nothing that I did not like!

The staff was great--helping us decide what to see, even arranging for us to get the night bus to Hue and going to the bus station to get our tickets and reserve seats for us. The breakfast was excellent, freshly pressed juices, jams, and yogurt; traditional Vietnamese coffee, and some of the freshest eggs we've tasted. Our room was large and quiet, and nice common spaces made it easy to mingle with the other guests on property. We received a cheerful "my home is your home" when we brought our laundry down--and truly felt this to be the motto the entire stay.

We stayed five days and weren't sure what the housekeeping situation was. It turned out they were able to change towels over any time we asked and, I'm sure, would have provided any housekeeping we asked for. They could have made it clearer that housekeeping was on request. A minor issue.

It was located on a quiet street and was so private and peaceful. The owner and manager did a fantastic job to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. They were extremely friendly and helpful. The staff went above and beyond for us and we were very grateful for their commitment to us. Rooms were spacious and clean too.

No negative comments. Everything was great!
