Not applicable: breakfast, there was none. Plus side: Clean, nice pool, good location.

We extended our stay with an extra day, cost $100 more than the first 2 nights! We should get a discount for all the repairs I did: I fixed the Kitchen-mirror light; updated the tv, descaled the showerhead (much needed!!); re-installed two extra legs under the bed (center beam was broken in 2 places!); coffee machine needs descaling; no spare toilet rolls; set the clocks on the microwave and AC to the correct time; the bulls horn is about to fall on the right side and kill someone. In other words: we should get at least $100 back we paid extra on top of the normal price for the 3rd night.

there was no breakfast, the door keypad was nice, just need more instruction how to work it. the room was clean and updated by a recent remodel, the kitchen area was nice, the parking was perfect. the outdoor picnic area and pool was clean and very accommodating. the keurig coffee selection was great. the kitchen counter was perfect. the motel is close to the Sequoia

there was no trash can in the kitchen. the shower door is stuck, i thought i was gonna break it. the shower head is a leaking/ spraying out the top mess, there was no vanity in the bathroom, so we had to use the kitchen/bathroom vanity. there was nowhere to put our clothes, no closet or drawers.

Everything was clean, looks like remodeled just a couple years ago, conveniently located, good fridge and microwave, enough towels, comfy bed, nice pillows.

The bathroom needs a few towel hooks and a shelf to put things and clothes when you undress, would benefit from a mirror too. Need a trash can in the kitchenette. The mirror in the kitchenette has 2 brightly lit “command” buttons that cannot be turned off, so that it’s difficult to sleep facing that way. I had to tape over these lights to sleep well. Id recommend to move the mirror to the bathroom. The checkin instructions email was sent the morning on the check in day. I was traveling, no internet connection and i had to walk around and bother neighbors to figure put how to get into the room. That email needs to be sent at least tge evening before.

The motel location was perfect for the National Park. It was very clean. Unfortunately, the AC was not working. However, the staff, in particular Charlene, went above and beyond to help with the issue with the AC in the unit. They moved us to a different unit that was even more wonderful.

Clean

We could not use the sink since it has non potable water!! Was not aware it was in an evacuation zone due to wildfires.

Location

No potable water and we were requested to strip the bed.

Remodel was done very well.

Was only provided one washcloth, bugs were definitely everywhere in room. Only communication with hotel staff was through booking messenger or text message and final checkout message was not responded to.

Very well located near the park entrance. Nice pool.

The rooms are very poorly insulated and you can hear everything from the adjacent rooms. You have to remove linens and towels when leaving. If you stay beyond checkout time there is a $50 per 30 mins extra. No on site reception.

Handled off site by phone, after 9pm not available and tv and I couldn’t get the heat to work.i had talked to them at 850pm.i cancelled the second night with them and sent an email to you to reimburse us for the second night and am still awaiting feedback from your co. I loved the decor.

It would have been nice to have someone on the premises; however, we didn't need anything. Available ice and drinking water would be nice. And I didn't love the idea of having to watch out for snakes, but we didn't see any.
