"Just okay. WAY OVERPRICED!!!"

The location was great. Beach wasn’t overcrowded. Lots of restaurants and shopping within a short distance. Pools were nice and well kept. It was nice to have a washer dryer in the condo.

Insanely overpriced!! It wasn’t worth half of what I paid for the room. Check in was confusing and there was no mention you have to check in down the road. Room wasn’t ready when we tried to check in so we had to go back. When we went back, the girl just handed me keys with no explanation of where the room was- I had to ask. Kitchen sink faucet wasn’t working properly and you could only use warm water. Room was outdated. Couches stained and old. Half the outlets didn’t work. Lots of lights burnt out/ didn’t work. Dirty walls and some floors. No coffee available for guests. Restaurants and bar were extremely overpriced and not very good. Balcony door didn’t lock. The TVs in living room and 2nd bedroom offered streaming services that worked. TV in the master bedroom wasn’t working. Only option there was to change channels one at a time to see what was on cable tv.

the room had issues. There was mold in the shower. The hairdryer didn't work. One of the bathroom sinks drained very slowly. Towels / Garbage were not picked up daily. I had to call for service.

"Exhausting with 2 toddlers getting them on and off the shuttle whenever we wanted to go to the pool or back to the cotta"

There was a lot to do at the pools to keep our toddle boys excited.

The shuttle service is cumbersome and unreliable. The cottage was not in walking distance of the beach and that was not made clear in the description. I thought I paid for an ocean front location for $379 per night. The beds had thin coverlets on them and no extra blankets. The thermostat was locked at 69 degrees and we were all freezing all night long and whenever we were inside. The screen door was not sliding. I had to pay $250 hold up front for damages and that seemed excessive. I hope they do not think we created the problem with the screen door not sliding.
