North Beach Resort & Villas

My family enjoyed the breakfast options. We loved that there were different pool options to match everyone needs. The staff was amazing. I appreciated the café opening up to cook a pizza for my niece because she only eats certain food due to texture complex.

What I didn't like about the trip was not being able to stay longer.

We’ve stayed at the resort several times. The hotel is in a great location. The pool area is amazing. However the rooms are in need of updating. We had carpet in both bedrooms and they were filthy. There was a piece of carpet in the front entry that served as a rug. It was also filthy to the point my family did not walk on it. Several nights the smell of weed reeked and we could not enjoy the balcony. I’m not sure how the hotel could have prevented and I did not report it. Security around the hotel has been increased which is a plus. I wish management would step up and make improvements.

I liked the pools and the view from the balcony was great but I also loved that beach access was so easy.

The prices of food and drinks was a little too expensive for one mixed drink we paid $38 and that wasn’t the bucket drink

The area was nice, the location was nice!

The cups in the kitchen were dirty, no blankets/sheets/pillows were available for the pull out couch in the living room, not enough towels and wash clothes. Outlet in bedroom did not work. Would not let me check out late, got lost before check in on the property. Front desk was not helpful at all!
