Maja oli ruumikas ja meeldivalt jahe. Palju panipaiku. Köögis oli söögilaud, eraldi söögituba ja eraldi elutuba. Mitu mugavat istumiskohta. Mõnus rõdu ja privaatne terrass, kus toidukordi nautida. Eraldi saunamaja hoovis.
