Everything old, specially the bathroom. Rubbish in the bin in the kitchen under the sink.

We regularly use Boking and have never had any problems with any payment. Last night after we done the reservation we thought we had paid and were surprised when from the hostel started calling us to pay again. We checked our credit card and saw that a similar amount was missing. We called Boking to check if we had been charged, but they weren't much helpful and couldn’t check. Then we called the bank and after they confirm that the hostel didn’t charge us any money, we paid the way from the hostel wanted with Revolut. The booking and the accommodation last night was a totally disappointment as they were calling and texting us every single minute for one and a half hours at 1am while we were trying to check and resolve the payment.
