"快適なゲストハウス。もっと長く滞在したかったが、予約が埋まっており、２泊しかできなかった。"

部屋は新しく、綺麗。エアコン、WIFI、ホットシャワーも全く問題はない。住宅地にあり、安全な地区。セキュリティも問題はない。電気ポット、コーヒーやお茶、ペットボトルの水も用意されていた。チョルポン・アタ行きのミニバスやアルマトイ行きのバスが出ている新バスステーションまでは、最寄りの大通りのバス停(歩いて10分)から13番バス(20スム、クレカのタッチ決済で乗車可能)で1本で行ける。なお、同バスからは40番バスでオシュバザールに近いバス停まで行ける。この大通りのバス停近くには、ミニバスのバスターミナルがあり、その中の食堂で、サモサやピロシキ、チキン唐揚げ等が安く買える。ゲストハウスから歩いて5分の場所には、ビール、ワイン(酒類は少い)やサモサ、果物が買えるミニマートがある。オーナーからは、到着時、スイカと桃をいただいた。

特にはないが、隣室(ゲストハウスは、全部で2室。)との壁が薄いため、生活音がする場合がある。
