I locked the burglar only to find that there's no key. I went to the reception/ the assistant to ask for a upon my return she asked me why did I lock the burglar? Suddenly it's my fault that there's a burglar without a key, I had to stay out in the cold for approximately 20-30 minutes because she told me that there's nothing she can do
