it was a good experience need a little bit of a make over & repairs for the apartments..overall the stay was great my family & i had the best time there

needs repairs for the toilets & aircon.. bedsheets for hygiene purposes pots & pan cups plates bowl need to be changed

"Unexpected stay"

The locality of the place was convenient. There was staff on stand by to help us.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was poor. The bathrooms was not cleaned. The bedsheets were not fresh, and the towels had an odour. The kitchen was also not clean. A request to check in early was made. However, it was denied. But the time taken from checkout from the previous occupant was 12pm. It was more than enough time for the cleaning service to come in and clean the unit. Why do we pay for cleaning services when the unit was left uncleaned. Also, there were more than 1 family living in the unit, and there was only 1 access card submitted.
