The location is perfect and the pool is lovely.

The fact there was no cold water in the bathroom. I contacted the owner which I believe is a team. I was told that the water was on a heater. So the 1st night no hot water. I contacted the owner and was told it takes 30 mins to heat up. Next morning we had hot water but there was no cold water in the shower and tap for the basin. I sent lots of emails. Response was mainly in Spainish. I was told to call a number where there would be an English translation. I called 6 times in the 4 nights we were there. Always in Spainish which I don’t speak. I kept email and was eventually told that I must have turned the cold water off!!!!! We hadn’t touch the tap high above the shower. I explained this and we tried. The tap was solid and wouldn’t move. On the last day I got an email saying I hope you had a lively stay just like being at home. This made me laugh. So no cold water and terrible communications. The studio is very tried but location perfect.
