De eigenaar reageert heel snel op mailtjes of appjes. Mijn waterkoker was stuk en binnen een uur had ik al een nieuwe. De locatie van de kamer die ligt echt centraal. Zowel om dingen te bezichtigen als om iets te gaan eten, drinken of inkopen te doen.

Mijn kamer was bij aankomst niet schoon. Men was die vergeten te poetsen. Dit werd gelukkig snel geregeld door de eigenaar. Of daardoor niet alles zo goed schoon was, zou kunnen. Maar dit heb ik pas achteraf door gegeven aan de eigenaar en er zou wat aan gedaan worden. Wat ik ook geloof gezien mijn ervaring.

Locatie, goede bereikbaarheid. Rustig gelegen.

業者答應的事情都不會做到，例如答應12點入住 結果房客才剛退房， 沒有人打掃讓舟車勞頓的我不能休息 結果卻逼我一定要早上11點退房？還有很多雜事情沒有處理好卻裝死 但是房客答應的事情就一定要履行 典型雙重標準 獨旅女性非常不友善 清潔人員會瘋狂按門鈴瘋狂敲門 明明那個時間點就沒有需要清潔 這種狀況發生不止一次 業者對訊息也會裝死不回應 一點補償都沒有 如果有其他選擇，下次絕對不會再來消費 半夜甚至還有女子大叫的聲音 感覺治安真的不是很好

位置挺好的，周邊交通以及飲食還有超商都便利。

房東完全忘記我們要入住，當天抵達房源，入住資訊沒有改，傳訊息給房東也不回，足足在外頭等了一個小時，能入住還是因為有在韓國的朋友幫忙打電話給房東，才能順利入住。 還有隔天10點多竟然有人一直嘗試密碼開鎖，友人詢問來者，對方才說是打掃的，說沒有接到通知有人入住。 房東也幾乎都不會回訊息，如果求便利可以來住，其他的一律不推薦。

In a nice neighbourhood, relatively convenient with respect to transportation. super close to the palace grounds. Has a coin laundry in the basement level.

No bidet + not allowed to flush toilet paper - a bit of a conundrum as you can see. They also only provide face towels and not full body towels - so bring your own!

The room was cozy and exactly what I needed for my stay. It's close to 경복궁 and many cafés and restaurants. The host was nice and the communication was good. I would definitely come again here in the future!

I would've liked if the bathroom was a bit cleaner, but this is my personal preference!
