The location is convenient, with both the subway and bus within walking distance.

There were mosquitoes in the room, and even though the owner provided bug spray, we still got quite a few bites.

Bien placé à Séoul. Lieux culturels et centre à proximité. Trains et métros facilement accessibles. Logement calme et les instructions étaient super précises. Merci :)

I was finally able to move into Hotel Kiman09 which I originally booked for the whole duration, 4/9- 8/9/25. It was clean, no bad leftover smokey smell with the appliances as advertised.

I didn't like being moved to another substandard hostel that belonged to the same owner. He apologised for the inconvenience caused. I won't have minded moving, if its to a nicer same standard place as Hotel Kiman09 which is clean and most importantly does not have the stench of leftover smoke on the walls and everywhere! Unfortunately, this hostel reeked of bad leftover smoke from previous occupants. There were cigarettes tray so naturally these rooms were previously occupied by smokers. Im allergic to smoke which causes my throat to constrict and felt dry and scratchy. Due to the fact that I arrived late at night that day, I was unable to find another hotel to move. The next night he offered another room which was equally bad. In summary, this should not have happened with double booking! I am very annoyed to be sacrificed to move to a substandard hostel that affected my health. Although the owner apologised, however this bad experience had indelibly left a poor impression of my first 2 days stay in Seoul!

Pros and cons in a nutshell. Pros: - location: perfect, super close to everything - price: very affordable - staff: super friendly and flexible to your needs

Cons: - cleanliness: the bathroom was not super clean, as well as the bed sheets have different stains (changed immediately after requesting the owner) - space: room is very little, for two people may be not super comfortable

Good location, clean room, nice host, quick and easy check in

Not enough toilet paper, garbage bags and soap

Удобное расположение: рядом метро, продуктовые магазины и достопримечательности; чистый номер, просторная ванная комната, на кухне есть всё: чайник, микроволновка, плита, холодильник + посуда. Номер был на втором этаже, работал лифт. Короче, было удобно.
