TK Royal & Spa

Our stay at TK royal & spa was amazing. The staff all were very welcoming and Friendly. We couldn't thank enough to the reception girls Ana simon & Gena for helping us in booking the taxi's and saving us from the scams. The breakfast was also very tasty. I would recommend to try their oriental breakfast. There was another staff Besho who always helped us with room facilities. The customer service is the best thing about this place. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. We also did the Spa which was a great experience. It was so relaxing. Good value for money.

There's nothing to dis-like about this place. Just a small thing that we were given a different room from the one that we booked. But it was not a big deal as the room offered was also fine and we spend most of the time for tours and activities.

Everything perfect, staff was very kind and helpful, no standard herds of tourist, quiet location, top of the top.

Poor wifi signal but acceptable. We tried the spa at the basement too. I recommend the massages and Hammam procedure but not the jacuzzi nor sauna (both obviously not used often and with poor temperature regime.. but that's not what we went there for)

El tamaño de las habitaciones, la limpieza y el personal. Especialmente Ginna y Asimo, las dos chicas de la recepción del turno de la mañana fueron muy amables. Los muchachos del turno de la noche también fueron muy amables, Necesité quedarme dos días más y me mantuvieron el precio de promoción de ramadán los dos días adicionales.

El wi-fi del cuarto no sirvió. Sin embargo como teníamos tarjeta SIM de Egipto esto no fue un problema.
