Great location interesting history and amazing shower

The property needs some improvements and a deep clean

Good position, really close to the lake

Could use a cleaning

Cute and adequate for a one night stay. Comfy bed.

It needed an electric blanket, had to request a portable heater for bedroom.

Host was there to meet us on arrival and helped make up second bed when became aware we needed two beds. The location is amazing - lakefront and just a walk along the road to the Church of the Good Shepherd and the town. Loved the character of the cottage.

Noting the cottage is original from 1929 it's layout reflects that time - bathroom a little awkward in layout. But was no big deal considering the type of property and location.

It was right by the lake which you can walk out from the property to enjoy the view. We had a warm welcome from Johnathan when we checked in.

It was not well maintained, understandably the place is built in 1929 but even the bathroom door would not even close. While there’s a washing machine there are no clothes rack so can’t hang it anywhere. The entire property including around the house didn’t appeal with weeds growing and windows blocked by the trees growing outside of the cottage. For the price of the stay I was expecting more. As well as the pictures was a bit misleading for the lack of maintenance.

Location was lovely. Cottage was a step back in time.

Bathroom door could not be closed properly and offered little privacy. Some maintenance needed.
