Great location! Place was very clean. Instructions provided prior to arrival were comprehensive. Lots of space, nice TV and appliances.

-Joy is an excellent host.She arranged the airport pickup in the late evening. and also booked a taxi for us to the port. - Spacious clean one bedroom apartment. - Good location, with supermarket nearby where you can buy meals at reasonable price.

- The living room is on the main road and it is noisy. - The bathroom has the sewage smell.

The owners, Jacki & Joy, were super nice and helpful. The place is only 6 min taxi drive from the airport. They were very responsible and made an arrangement for early morning taxi pick up to the airport, too. 👍👍

Great host. Jacky, the host, was fantastic. He helped us during the check in process with the lockbox and explained about the apartment. He was extremely helpful in ensuring that our pick up location for our tour is coordinated well with the tour operator. He also arranged a taxi to take us to the cruise terminal. We would highly recommend this property!

Location is a bit away from the center of action but still walkable.

The apartment looks even better in real life that it does in the photos. Good central location, near supermarket and restaurants. The apartment was cool and comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts were wonderful - they were easy to contact, quick to respond and helped with travel plans and transport advice. Thanks Joy for suggesting we talk to the ferry office about our disappearing electronic ferry tickets - your advice saved us the cost of a second set of tickets :)

Very clean apartment, good location. Wonderful hosts!!! Our luggage got lost on the way. The hostess took us to the shops to buy few necessary items as we were boarding the ship to go on the cruise around the islands. She did not accept any money for the trip.

There was nothing we could fault.

We had great communication from Joy, the apartment manager, through Booking.com and on Whattsapp. Joy was very helpful and even did our airport pickup at 2.30am! She was available to help and answer questions throughout our stay. The location was great. We walked into town along the waterfront each day and a big supermarket was just around the corner for food shopping. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed and the air con worked well. Everything was clean and comfortable and as described in the information. There was also heaps of helpful information in the e guide they provided so we really felt we were looked after.

There was a slight smell from the drains. This was not something easily fixed as it was due to the plumbing in the apartment block. We kept the bathroom door closed and the fan running. It was not a big issue.

It was central to town. And close to the airport.

Without an updated Google map, it was almost impossible to find. The signage and identifying markings were almost impossible to locate. This apparently is a high crime area because there are three security gates to get through before you can even get into the interior of the building. And there are confusing and multiple security keys that are required to do so. Pain in the ass.

It was very clean. Hosts were great. Bed was comfy. Had a lot of space. Tv was great.

The “couch” in the living room kills your tear end because it’s a futon with very hard springs. It should be a regular couch. So many locks and doors combined with homeless laying on street around corner, gave us a feeling of worry about neighborhood safety. Shower could have more pressure. Tile in bathroom not the best. Needs redoing. Restaurants stating they are open nearby were closed on both occasions. Not their fault, but balcony was unusable and in living room it was very loud due to a lot of traffic noise right outside. It’s a major roadway. Elevator light was off and on flickering and screeched so, we were afraid of it breaking down.
