Villa Nónna, 1800s house renovated in 2023

This house is a spectacular success. Renovated beautifully throughout with so much thought and attention to detail. We were a family of 4. Wife and I chose the bedroom closest to the front door, 19 year old daughter in second bedroom (main house) and 16 year son in the adjoining annex, with its own front door, lounge and balcony. Brand new air con in all rooms and it works perfectly and can actually get too cold (better this than not). -Kitchen - everything you need. Coffee press, Nespresso machine, kettle and great fridge freezer. Tips - if you see "LO" on the hob, it means its locked. press the padlock button and it will work. Also there is a hidden power point on the surface (silver disc). Press it and it will pop up like magic with power and usb charge. -Bedrooms - all 3 great size with aircon. -Beds - great size, super comfy, pillows wonderful, spare duvets and totally dark with the shutters. Linen felt very high quality. -Bathrooms - lovely design, fabulous products (didn't bother with our own cheap shower gel). -Showers - great pressure, hot water constant -Towels - new and fluffy white - perfect -Pool towels - large, fluffy and good quality -Pool - its not a lap pool but its not a plunge pool. Spotless and perfect for cooling off. -Sun comes onto the pool area around 11am so you have some lovely shade for a few hours before things heat up. -Location - 5 minute drive to the port. Loads of parking with various paths leading to the port. Get down before dark to look at super yachts if you care. -Wasps - they were plentiful. Buy some coffee, find a thing to burn the coffee and the wasps will disappear. I used a mug, foil in the mug and a small pile of coffee. Easy and works. -This is not a complaint - just a heads up. The driveway is steep. Either take a run up in the car and or leave it at the bottom. We did both. Depends how nervous your passengers are. -WIFI - its ok but not brilliant. I don't see this is a villa issue.

WIFI as mentioned, but I imagine it's an island thing and unavoidable. Great excuse to spend time off the phones.

This is the most beautiful Villa we have ever stayed in, we had everything we needed! Anne Marie met us and showed us around and was on hand for any questions we had! As a group of 6 the villa worked perfectly, plenty of room for everyone! I was concerned about the distance from fiscardo but it wasnt a problem at all, 15 minute walk down and a 7 euro taxi back! Anyone thinking of booking we wouldn't hesitate to recomend 100% 😎 we have already rebooked for 2025

Nothing it was perfect

Really well located for Fiskado just a 5 mins drive down the hill, bakery 3 mins ! Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and every attention to detail. Owners delightful and very welcoming.

Nothing except the drive which is extremely steep but left car at bottom so not an issue.

Absolutely amazing villa! The property is so beautiful. Everything has been thought of inside too. We had everything we needed. We stayed for our wedding and everything was just perfect. Anna Maria was so lovely and her shop in Fiscardo is a must visit too!
