I arrived to get the keys, got the keys from a neighbour, left right away because i had a dinner, when i arrived late at night turned on the lights the kitchen area was full with cockroaches, around the stove, microwave, fridge etc… I called the accommodation owner they didn’t pick up, i’ve send them the images that i took via whatsup, and i left had to find another place to stay in the same night the conditions were appalling, the neighbourhood is terrible full with sketchy people hanging around the building, the building itself smelled awful, impossible to find a parking space! After talking to the owner she refused to acknowledge that the apartment was infested with cockroaches, next day went to bring the keys back and I’ve begged for at least a refund for the remaining 3 nights that i had left so i can book another stay somewhere else, she agreed and said she would proceed to pay back the remaining 3 days, after 4 days i’ve contact booking.com, they contacted them and they are refusing to pay back! Very dishonest people and service! DO NOT BOOK A STAY THERE ! TERRIBLE UNHYGIENIC CONDITIONS, TERRIBLE SERVICE AND GREDY PEOPLE!

Hi. They charged me 20 euros in cash. That is not fair. Aeroplane was late but she took money in cash. There check out timings was strict. Windows blind not covered fully
