The location is very good. Just a few minutes walk from the main road. There are a number of options / choices for food. The manager / caretaker, Jitu Nath, is cordial and serves well. In case you don't have your own conveyance, public buses / autorickshaws are accessible from the main road.

I have couple of things, more a suggestion, then a complaint. And I can understand that these will get better with time, since this property has only been a couple of weeks old. First, the curtains are very very light and so, the room gets completely lit up with dawn, as soon as 5 AM. It is very difficult to get a good sleep after. Second, the bathroom need a bit of repair for the waste water to go out completely. It doesn't happen now and the the floor gets filled with water and dirt from the drainage, after a shower. Third, provision of a good cook (at least for breakfast) will enhance the quality and comfort of stay immensely. One, generally, doesn't prefer going out or ordering in for the first meal of the day before going out to work / travel. And the only options available now are maggi and bread-omelette. Fourth, provision of a working-table and chair would have been nice,
