The place is very close to the mall, it is within walking distance. I loved that there is a nice veranda or a balcony and allows for a nice breeze in the summer evenings. The place is spacious and allows us to walk freely in the house.

The two sets of beds are not identical, the other one is big and comfortable and the other one is smaller, perfect for parents and their little children and not for two adults, the smaller bed is a bit worn-out and should be replaced soon. It was in the middle of a heat wave, and it was excruciatingly hot! The fan helped but an air conditioner will do much better, or rather provide at least two fans for each room.

We selected that apartment because of the separate rooms, to get there and find that the house was not clean and the other Badroom was not prepared and was dirty, with stained pillows and no kitchen utensils was a shocker.

Dirt, stairs, dirty bedrooms, dirty kitchen with no coffee and sugar. Honestly was the most uncomfortable stay ive had in years and trust me we travel aroumd the world quite often but have never been so disappointed in a venue.

The location was great, close to shopping centre and the property was clean and well supplied. In general a good deal for what we wanted.

The owners tried to cancelled the booking AFTER booking and payment to booking.com, claiming someone locked the keys inside the room. We were on the way arriving at night and so I insisted they resolve it which they did.

The couch is old .the toiletries were not new and the is lot of rules when you get to the room.they need to buy small toiletries for travelers .I can't use the soap that was used by someone else for hygiene purpose

That we had to switch on the geyser when we had to take a bath.

Very central and close to CBD. Safe and secure parking.

Very narrow entrance/exit gate. Unit looked old and could do with a new layer of paint. Reeked of smoke.
