The host agents communicated well and checked in with me a few times during our stay. They were extremely professional. The location is perfect and the apartment modern and well equipped. The view is to die for. Recommed it without hesitation.

"Great property, great location but absolute terrible and unethical admin."

The property is recently renovated with a lovely modern look and feel. All necessary kitchen utensils and applyences provided. A magnificent view!

I received a Whatsapp 5 hours before check in time that the property does not make use of the Booking.com card payment system. Since I did not see the Whatsapp, 3 hours before check-in, I received another Whatsapp that my booking has been canceled. I had to phone the property agents and had to make an EFT payment hastely, at an amount more than the initial booking. The whole idea of using Booking.com is for the easy payment. The cancelation of the booking so close to our arrival and the manner they communicated about not using the card payment system are unacceptable. The inflated price I had to pay was also not ethical from their side.
