Location is good, you can walk to Imago shopping mall.

Requires some basic cleaning items eg. cloths, broom, cleaning spray. Maintenance of items required are toilet does not flush properly, hinges on the wardrobe need fixing.

The room is spacious (studio house) with reasonable price.

The location. you have to have a car. Otherwise, need to book grab every time you want to go out.
