L'appartamento è molto bello ed è molto ben strutturato, la posizione in centro è perfetta si può arrivare ovunque e ci sono un sacco di servizi nei dintorni. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort necessari, è molto più che un posto dove poter dormire e basta. Ci sono le cose che servono per mangiare, lavare i vestiti ed è molto luminoso.

Il letto è praticamente un divano letto, davvero scomodo e fortemente sconsigliato per due persone. Il check-in è stato complicatissimo, ancora oggi sto aspettando da Luisa il comprovante di pagamento della tassa di soggiorno. Inoltre avevo chiesto con anticipo di poter fare il check-in alle 14 anziché alle 16 ma non ho avuto mai una risposta chiara e questo ha influenzato molto la pianificazione della mia trasferta. Per entrare in appartamento bisogna firmare un contratto aggiuntivo e bisogna pagare un deposito cauzionale pari alla quota pagata a booking per il soggiorno (lo trovo davvero assurdo considerando che ho dovuto dare il numero della mia carta di credito all'host nonostante avessi già pagato). Le istruzioni per il check-in sono davvero poco chiare, per fortuna ho incrociato una persona del condominio che mi ha spiegato come fare. Arrivato in appartamento non c'era manco un pochino d'acqua in frigo. Infine in bagno ho trovato il water leggermente sporco all'interno e con alcuni peli e capelli anche fuori. Un asciugamano aveva una macchietta arancione. Non ci si aspetta questo tipo di trattamento quando si paga oltre 100€ a notte.

Şehir merkezinde yer alan evin konumu bir çok yere kolaylıkla ulaşma imkanı veriyor. Evin yakınlarında, market, restaurant ve cafeler mevcut. Evin içi oldukça iyi durumda, ihtiyacınız olan ekipmanlar ve malzemeler de var. Ev en üst katta yer alıyor ama asansör var. Çalışanlar oldukça ilgili ve sorularınız olunca yardımcı oluyor.

The location is really cool. Also, the appartment has a nice style.

Great modern apartment, very clean and in very nice condition. Excellent location for seeing the sights. Comfortable bed and sofa, quiet at night. The host was very helpful and gave all the required information to enter and leave the apartment easily.

A few small things would have improved the experience like some bowls and a towel in the kitchen for drying dishes, but these are minor points.

The location in the centre of the city. And the conversation with the staff was nice.

We believe a closet or some space to store clothing would be nice. And a coat rack would be convenient as well.

Excellent location in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the important sites, plus great restaurants and bars. Even though the bed is one that lowers down from the wall, it was very comfortable. It’s also very quiet here, so you’ll sleep very well. The space is modern, with quaint sloping roofs, and nice windows that look out on the next building across the street. The self check-in/out was super easy.

The process to rent this place is slightly painful. Unlike regular Booking.com places, where everything is handled for you, after booking through Booking, you will be directed by the host to another website where you have to fill out all your personal information again, sign a contract, upload your passport, etc. Italy’s common City Tax is also collected at this time (€9.20). There’s also a deposit (€300). You must also sign a contract with strict rules. It’s understandable that properties want to protect themselves against badly-behaved guests, I’m just noting that renting this place was not hassle-free, which is something I normally appreciate by renting via Booking.com. A few other comments: - During the stay the hot water stopped working. I had to wait 12 hours for a reply from the host. I would have expected more prompt assistance, but once they replied it was easy to fix. - No soap in the shower (buy your own from LIDL next door). - No towel in the kitchen to dry your hands, just a roll of paper towel. - No dish soap in the kitchen, so I had to wash dishes with paper towels and soap from the shower (there’s a dishwasher, but if you only use a few dishes you don’t dirty enough to make a whole load). - No bowls, so I had to eat my breakfast cereal out of a mug (and there was only one of a suitable size for that). - Only one laundry detergent pod is provided, which was enough for me but might not be for a longer stay. Overall my stay was fine, and the place is very comfortable. But for the price, I would expect the host to provide basic necessities for a traveller, which is actually totally common in most rentals. If I’m only staying for a few days, I shouldn’t have to run out buying soap and stuff. Just provide it and raise the price €3. Also provide a few bowls. With a few considerate touches, the place would be excellent.

Nice little flat with air condition. Very clean and newly renovated. Located in the city centre, nonetheless very quiet.

A little too small for three persons. Only two chairs and two bar stools, a third would be nice.
