CASA PARE' B&B

The location was good.

The apartment didn't have the facilities that were promised such as mountain view, landmark view, terrace, socket near the bed, bathrobe, washing machine, tumble dryer, desk, drying rack for clothes....Actually more than half of the facilities mentioned were not present. The kitchenware was very minimalistic. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom and there was no ventilation except opening a window. When we asked about the washing machine the answer was that we could use one if we paid 10 Euro per load. At the end of our stay we were asked to pay some additional tax that we have never paid in Italy before (not the tourist tax that we are used to).

Struttura accogliente, pulita e stupenda come mostrato nelle immagini!

Ho apprezzato il fatto che, nonostante fosse un appartamento, era accessoriato di tante cose di cui spesso chi è ospite deve munirsi di conto proprio (ad es. c'erano già sale, olio, pepe, detersivo, carta igienica, che in pernottamenti in altri appartamenti non avevo trovato). Inoltre, la cucina era fornita di tutto il necessario e pure di equipaggiamenti "accessori" (ad es. spremiagrumi, centrifuga per insalata, ecc). Ho anche apprezzato il fatto che funzionasse tutto ciò che era presente nell'appartamento, come è giusto che sia, ma che non sempre è scontato.

L'unica cosa che migliorerei riguarda letto e cuscini. Ho trovato il materasso non troppo confortevole ed avrei gradito cuscini più consistenti (un po' più spessi e/o meno morbidi).
